Resumo: In this seminar the standard cosmological model is presented focusing on the dark matter sector. The current problems associated to this component are discussed. In particular, the so called ‘small scale problems’, i.e., the issues related to the formation of galaxies in the universe. We present hydrodynamical mechanisms which try to solve such problems, namely, the use of bulk viscosity and velocity diffusion for describing the dark matter sector.
