Resumo: The cosmological gravitational waves could provide us with a better understanding of the universe during the early inflationary and pre-inflationary times. Through the method of the Bogoliubov coefficients, we obtain the energy spectrum of the gravitational waves at the present time and look for imprints that contain information on the dynamics of the universe and also on effects from modifications to General Relativity which could manifest during those early stages. We apply this procedure in two models in the context of f(R) theories of gravity and loop quantum cosmology.
